First I need to say thank you. I have almost lost all hope for pc gaming. You focus only on us pc guys, only on fun games and modding. I will support you guys to the end.

Sins are the perfect game I’ve always been waiting for. I am looking forward to buying Entrenchment, the money is just a little scarce here in South Africa Also planning on buying the GalCiv II Complete Pack.

Hey Stardock, Thanks soo much for Sins and Galactic Civ.  These are games that older, more thoughtful people play.  I also soo appriciate not having to get a disk everytime that I want to play....you have a customer forever for that.....

Sins was great.  Entrenchment has been a terrible, blood curdling, tooth-ripping experience for me and all my friends.  Gameplay was fine, the new stuff is awesome and beautiful...but the update installing process has been among the most arduous software installs of my life.

Hmm I just have to reinstall once, cause I played the beta, and there where a lot changes between the last beta and version 1.0, but the rest worked fine.

I have more problems with Steam (most times a bad download speed when a new patch comes out).

For not having any drm, securom etc is enough to keep me as an happy customer.

And that they listen to their customers, keeps low and realistical prices on digital content, making it mod friendly, still tweaks and updates old games. is just over the top.

I wholeheartly supports the "best customer/modding support ever".

I only recently bought SoaSe and have just been blown away not only by the game but also the community and support i have seen, at first i was dubious about downloading impulse as i already have steam, but compared to steam impulse is a streamlined vision of the future,

Yeah, gotta agree on Stardock & Ironclad's customer support policy. My dealings with other companies usually ends up in a lot of hair-tearing and screaming but I have found Stardock/Ironclad a pleasure to deal with.

I'm new to Impulse and d/l'ing games software but I have not had any problems d/ling Sins & Entrenchment updates and patches.
